We ship across Canada, to the United States, and internationally to select countries.

Processing Time Processing times vary depending on current order volume. Please note that orders placed before August 1, 2026 will begin processing on August 1st. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. You will be notified once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at thevaultedspoon@gmail.com. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
